Creation of the Eastern Bloc
The Eastern bloc is a non-NATO organization, made to oppose the NATO, consisting of 16 countries, led by Russia. The purpose of this is to donate materials among countries, especially Russia.
This happened because the Soviets wanted to be the same as the US in terms of technology

Iron Curtain Speech
The Iron Curtain is formed by Stalin from the Soviet Union because Stalin figured that capitalism and Communism could not stand by its self, so it split itself from the UN after converting several countries to Communism.
This happened because the Soviets didn't want to be invaded again after being invaded by Poles, Swedes, French, Germany.

Containment
The United States tried to contain the Soviets by creating alliances with countries and helping resist Soviet advances
This happened because the dispute between the Soviets and the US were worsening, so the US attempted to stop Russia from advancing Communism.

Truman Doctrine
The Truman Doctrine is made to support non-Communists by spending more than $400,000,000 aiding Turkey and Greece.
This happened because this action would prevent Communism from spreading.

Marshall Plan
This plan was made to support non-Communists with food and support from the US.
This happened because this action would prevent Communism from spreading.

Berlin Blockade / Airlift
The US and allies wanted Germany to be one nation, but the Soviets responded by taking dominance of West Berlin, blocking all forms of ground transportation, hoping to starve the Germans. In response the allies sent planes *every three minutes* to deliver food. Eventually, the Soviets gave up hold of Berlin.
This happened because the Allies wanted the Germans to rebuild, and reunite while the Allies rebuild.
